Talon Krolikowski placed second in saddle bronc at the 20X rodeo held during the Black Hills Stock Show.Talon scored a 57, falling behind the first place 69 point ride.

Wrestlers winding down towards Regions

By Coach Brent Ireland The BCHS wrestling team traveled to Presho on Friday for a series of duals. The boys went 2-1 with wins against Lyman (48-18) and Marion/ Freeman (33-27), but we gave up too many forfeits against Groton Area and lost 36-41 (we actually won 4 of the 6 matches wrestled!).

By Tim Huether With their second win in two nights, the Bennett County Lady Warriors basketball team is starting to roll a bit, defeating Crazy Horse Jan. 29 and Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Jan. 30, both road games.They defeated Crazy Horse 65-20 and CEB 53-46.

Boys basketball team falls to SFIS 82-50

Warrior wrestlers work through busy week

By Coach Brent Ireland It was another busy week for the wrestling team. On Tuesday we traveled to Hay Springs for duals with Hay Springs and Hemingford. Despite being a bit shorthanded, the boys team won both duals (47-18 vs Hemingford and 36-10 vs Hay Springs).

Lady Warriors drop home game to Coyotes

By Tim Huether The Lady Warriors hosted the Jones Co. Lady Coyotes last Saturday in high school girls basketball, with the visitors pulling away late for a 51-38 win.It was a good game most of the way with four lead changes in the first quarter as the two teams battled back and forth.

The Gordon-Rushville Wrestling Club Stampeded meet was held on Sunday, January 28.PreK - K 31-33Jaxx Risse placed 1st and scored 20.0 team points.
