Kathryn June Taft Cole passed away in her home on Mother’s Day, May 11, 2025. She joined her Lord and Savior with grace. Kathryn was born June 6 1952, in Kadoka S.D. to Kenneth and Naomi (John) Taft of Corn Creek S.D. She moved with her family to the Jess Wilcox place east of Norris, S.D.

Gena Grandstaff Hoffmann, 79 passed away on October 5, 2024. She was born in North Platte, Neb. on August 27, 1945, to Eugenia “Penny” Herauf and Floyd “Cac” Grandstaff. Gena was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Mike Grandstaff, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
