Roll call was “Who do you think will win the Superbowl?” Members present were Wyatt Huber, Izzy Christensen, Rylee Hicks, Alison and Louis Novotny, Ethan Harris, Prevah and Jaxx Risse, and Tierany and Jozey Heath.

Izzy gave the secretary’s report, Alison made a motion to approve the secretary’s report and Ethan seconded it. Rylee gave the treasurer’s report, Alison made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report and Izzy seconded it.

Old Business: We are going to wait until after Valentine’s Day to get some more information on the cookie dough we are planning to get and sell this year. We are going to take cinnamon rolls to the REA workers as a thank you, Alison motioned to get six dozen from Patricia’s Patio, and Louis seconded this decision. Our club has started collecting pop tabs, and we have a few others helping out.

New Business: Our club is donating $100 to post-prom, this was motioned by Alison and seconded by Louis. After our meeting today, we made Valentine’s Day decorations for Mary Kay’s office. We were also notified that Fair is on August 7-11, and market steer weigh-ins are on March 1 at 10:00 a.m.

Also, in January’s minutes our secretary had an error typing: we are collecting pop tabs for Mary Kay, not a Mark Kay. I apologize for this mistake.
