There will be a special showing of the movie Ordinary Angels at the Gordon Theater next Thursday, Feb. 29, at 7 p.m. that is free a free will donation admission with the proceeds going to family of Rylea Poor Bear of Allen.
Rylea is still waiting on a heart transplant and is in the hospital in Denver.
The proceeds will be given to the Poor Bear family to help with their expenses.
Ordinary Angels is rated PG and is a much anticipated movie about a struggling hairdresser who finds a renewed sense of purpose when she meets a widowed father working hard to care for his two daughters. With his youngest critically ill and waiting for a liver transplant, the fierce woman singlehandedly rallies an entire community to help.
