By Jacob Waln The sun was shining just right for the weekend activities here in Martin. The cars were out, the motorcycles were everywhere, and people were enjoying the day.
The growing event that is known as Martin Summer Fest was held this past Saturday, June 22. With many activities for all ages, everyone was able to get in on the fun.
The streets were filled with people admiring the old school cars and nice motorcycles that people came from all over to display.
There was plenty of fun for everyone this year. Kids were running around bouncing in the bouncy houses and sliding down the giant slide. While the grown ups were able to play cornhole, compete in an arm wrestling tournament, and much more.
The third annual Martin Summer Fest met its goal and brought a lot of life to Martin Main Street. With all the fun had by everyone, I am sure they are excited for next year to come.
