    On Tuesday, February 13, a small number of JAG students were invited to Pierre for an annual “Capital Conversation” with local legislators. The JAG-SD Officers led a questions and answer session with various lobbyists and the Secretary of Education, Dr. Joseph Graves, discussing leadership skills, teacher shortages, plus college and career readiness. Throughout the day, JAG members sat in on committee meetings, toured the Supreme Court Courtroom, and Law Library, before observing and being recognized on the House and Senate floors.
